ROB RUN Wipe Guide: What Resets Every 7 Days
The ROB RUN Federal Raid explained: what the weekly wipe clears, what carries over, and how to spend the last days of a cycle without losing everything.
Quick answer. The Federal Raid runs every seven days and clears plots, bases, weapons and cash, converting the loss into jail time and authority. Cosmetics, your name, tutorial progress, settings and accumulated jail time carry over. Plan the last two days of a cycle around spending, not stockpiling.
- Cycle length: seven days.
- Wiped: plots, bases, weapons, cash.
- Kept: cosmetics, name, tutorial progress, settings, accumulated jail time.
- The wipe is the game's reset button for the rags-to-riches loop.

What the Federal Raid clears
| Asset | Wiped? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Plots | Yes | Rented land is cleared |
| Bases | Yes | Buildings and facilities go with the plot |
| Weapons | Yes | Stored and carried weapons are not safe |
| Cash | Yes | Bank and pocket cash are both cleared |
| Cargo | Yes | Stored cargo is lost with the base |
| Cosmetics | No | Account-level |
| Player name | No | Account-level |
| Tutorial progress | No | Account-level |
| Settings | No | Account-level |
| Accumulated jail time | No | Carries over |
The exact conversion into jail time and authority is not published as a formula. The important part for planning is that the assets do not survive.
What the wipe is for
ROB RUN is designed around a one-week rags-to-riches story. You start as a hobo, build a base, join a clan, take territory and try to reach the top of the Power Pyramid before the reset.
Without the wipe, the first clan to control the map would keep it forever. The weekly reset gives every player and every clan a fresh start and keeps the economy from concentrating into a single unbeatable position.
That also means the wipe is not a punishment. It is the reason a new player can matter in week two.
When it happens
The cycle is seven days. Kefir has not published a fixed global timestamp in the help articles, and the launch build adjusted server timing. Check the in-game schedule or the official announcements before planning a final run.
Do not assume your server wipes at the same hour as a friend's. If you are coordinating a group, confirm the server and the schedule first.
How to prepare
Three days before
- Stop stockpiling cargo. Sell what you can.
- Stop buying long-term upgrades that will not pay back before the reset.
- Start spending down cash on gear you will actually use.
One day before
- Use the good kit. A rifle that survives the wipe is a rifle you wasted.
- Clear the bank into useful purchases, or accept that the balance is gone.
- Take the fights you would normally avoid, if the loss is capped by the reset anyway.
Wipe day
- Do not log in early expecting a head start; the reset has to complete first.
- Rebuild the simple things: storage, workbench, bed, Security System.
- Re-rent a plot before the good locations are taken.
- Reconnect with your clan; the social structure survives even though the assets do not.
What actually carries over
The account-level list is short and important:
- Cosmetics.
- Player name.
- Tutorial progress.
- Settings.
- Accumulated jail time.
Clan membership is social rather than an asset, so the group can rebuild together. Knowledge of routes, prices and players also carries over, which is why experienced players rebuild faster than new ones.
Nothing else does. A base, a bank balance and a gun are all cycle-scoped.
The wipe-day economy
Wipe day is the most volatile economy of the week:
- Cargo prices can spike as players rebuild.
- Gear becomes scarce before production catches up.
- Plots are cheapest early and contested later.
- Police and criminal populations both spike as everyone tests the new cycle.
The practical play is to sell early, buy only what you need, and avoid a big purchase in the first hour. The players who lose the most on wipe day are the ones who spend the whole bank on a kit before the new prices settle.
Do not store high-value cargo through a wipe. It does not survive, and the loss is not compensated beyond the jail time and authority conversion.
Wipe and the Power Pyramid
The wipe resets the asset base of every tier, but not the knowledge or the clan relationships. That is why the same groups tend to climb again: they know which settlements are worth buying and which routes are worth running.
If you are solo, the wipe is an opportunity. The first two days are the closest the game gets to a level playing field. The power pyramid → explains why the top ranks recover faster after day three.
FAQ
How often does ROB RUN wipe?
Every seven days, via the Federal Raid.
What do I lose in the wipe?
Plots, bases, weapons, cash and stored cargo. Cosmetics, name, tutorial progress, settings and accumulated jail time carry over.
Does my clan survive the wipe?
Clan membership is a social structure and is not listed among the wiped assets. The group can rebuild, but its plots, bases and cash do not survive.
Should I spend everything before the wipe?
Spend on gear you will use before the reset and on anything that improves the next cycle. Do not buy long-term assets in the final days.
